Top 11 Tips to get the most from your H2O MOP X5 : 

Tip1.    Select Correct Steam Regulator
1 – Low Setting
Ideal for cleaning all hard floors, such as linoleum, ceramic, marble,
wood, etc.
2 – Medium Setting
Ideal for cleaning all hard floors, such as linoleum, ceramic, marble,
wood, etc.
3 – High Setting
Ideal for cleaning carpets and rugs.
4 – Hot Spray Setting
Ideal for cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, window sills, car wheels, etc. You can change the Steam Regulator position and change the steam output while operating the H2O MOP X5
Tip 2.    Clean and Dry Microfiber Cloth
To avoid puddling of water, the Microfiber Cloth must be clean and dry for use. To replace the cleaning cloth, proceed as follows: Let the cleaning cloth cool down, remove cloth from unit, replace with a new Microfiber Cloth (Optional Item) and continue use. Select low steam regulator position.
Tip 3.    10 Seconds to Sanitize Floors
To sanitize an area of your floor, leave the H2O MOP X5 at high steam setting over the steam area for about 10 seconds, but no longer than 15 seconds.
Tip 4.    Always check Suitability
The force and heat of the steam may adversely affect certain materials. Always check the suitability of using the steam mop on a surface by carrying out a preliminary test on a hidden area.
Tip 5.    15 Seconds to Sanitize Sinks, Bathrooms etc.,
To sanitize your work surfaces, kitchen countertops, sinks, bathrooms, etc., use the Hand-Held Steamer over the same area for about 15 seconds.
Tip 6.    Select 1, 2 or 3 Settings for  Duster
Do not use 4 – Hot Spray steam setting when using the Duster. You can change the Steam Regulator position and change the steam output while operating the H2O MOP X5.
Tip 7.    Select 1 or 2 Settings for Garment
Do not use 3 – High and 4 – Hot Spray steam settings when using the Garment Steamer. You can change the Steam Regulator position and the steam output while operating the H2O MOP X5™.
Tip 8.    Use Coral Cloth for sealed hardwood or ceramic floors
The Coral Cloth is soft and durable with hundreds of super absorbing fringes, ideal for your sealed hardwood, ceramic and other types of flooring.
Tip 9.    Empty Water Tank
Any water remaining in the Water Tank should be emptied prior to appliance storage. Always empty the Water Tank at the end of each use.
Tip 10.    Store in a Cool and Dry Place
Please store the unit in a cool and dry place when not in use. Do not leave it exposed to sunlight or rain.
Tip 11.    Wash Microfiber Cloth at 60 °C
• Machine wash at 60 ºC (140 ºF)
• Do not bleach
• Do not use fabric softener
